Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded unless the mistake was made by us in processing your order.

When shipping the return, always use a track and trace code for secure delivery.

For customers outside the EU, please make sure to send it as a return to avoid import costs. If we have to pay these costs, we will be unable to refund your money, and the shipment will be returned to you.

In the unfortunate event that the package gets lost, we won't be able to assist you without a track and trace code.
